Design phase is the exciting time during the lifecycle of your dream house project. Though you still won’t break ground on your project for some time, it is during the design phase that floor plans are finalized, construction materials are selected, and a final interior and exterior design for the project has been chosen.
The design phase is a collaborative process and involves the owner and Housedesignsindia team members. Each of the team member in Housedesignsindia works together during the design development stage to produce a design that reflects the desires of the owner, while also being engineered intelligently, sustainably and structurally sound
There are many considerations that must be taken into account in order to successfully navigate the design development stage of a construction project. Each team member involved in this stage has a role to play, and we make sure that they understand their responsibilities and work together which is essential for both the owner and other team members. Gaining a better understanding of what design development is when it occurs in the life cycle of a construction project, and what role the owner plays can help illuminate this important period in a construction project.
Main responsibility for you in this stage is to give inputs to our team about the things finalised by you in the conceptual phase. Tell us your budget, requirements, timeline and all other important details. Based on your requirements and budget, we should finalise the room requirements in the house.

Floor plans are designed considering number of factors. Some floor plans may be good, but it might not suit your site shape and dimensions. So these factors are considered by our team members while designing floor plan.
