PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

1. In this phase, the contractors required for the project execution are finalised through a bidding process. The contracts can be awarded in two types. Both materials and labour work supplied by the contractor per square feet rate or item rate or only labour work done by the contractor per square feet rate or item rate
2. Obtaining necessary approvals from the local body should be done now.
3. Necessary arrangement like temporary shed should be made for the storage of the materials and equipments. Accommodation for the labours should also be made if necessary.
